Today, a new app and website launches in Philadelphia. HangPlan allows you to see where your friends are hanging so you can join them. HangPlan comes from the mind of Melissa Morris-Ivone, who also runs the blog Operation Nice here in town. It’s one of the businesses being built during Startup Weekend Philadelphia.
